We met Eoin Ó Ceallacháin, who had worked for Murex, a company developing financial services softwares, before setting up his own fintech startup called Juggle, and he recently decided to come back to Murex. The principle behind Juggle ? Taking away the pain and boringness of household finance.

Murex has also a startup approach, implementing design thinking for example, and we were surprised to see the usual startup tools in their offices (aka post-its :D).
We discussed entrepreneurship and risk-taking, as well as must-reads for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially The Lean Startup. His biggest piece of advice ? “Fail quickly” and pivot if you see some of your ideas do not work.
